THANK YOU!!
Now back to business….
Remember my recent trip to Hobby Lobby?
I needed an autumn wreath for my front door. The one I had for many years completely fell apart last year.
While I was walking down the Halloween/Fall section of HL, I didn’t see any wreaths that caught my eye.
Mrs. H (my sweet and smart friend) said, “Why don’t you make your own?”
Hobby Lobby has lots of fall leaf vines and pumpkin decorations and all different kinds of ribbons.
I already had a grapevine wreath that I just change out for each season.
So I got to work designing a pretty fall wreath in my head.
I grabbed a vine of fall leaves for the backdrop of the wreath.
I fell in love with this burlap bow.
I also picked up a small bag of pumpkins and gourds and this sweet sunflower.
I went home and found my grapevine wreath.
I pulled off the spring flowers and twist tied the leaf vine to the wreath.
I hot glued the pumpkins and gourds to the leaves and added the sunflower.
I added the burlap bow to the top and
drumroll please………………
I love how it turned out.
Fall colors are so pretty!!
Tomorrow, the french doors get hung in the upstairs hallway. I’m so excited to show y’all the new doors and sconces. Come back soon!
Hope y’all have a safe Halloween!
Love y’all,
Linda
