I’m lovin’ the cool brisk air and the pretty leaves fallin’ here in North Carolina!
Autumn is one of my favorite seasons….it’s a competition between it and spring.
One is like a cleansing ~ everything is going to sleep for the winter and the other is the promise of a fresh new beginning.
Here’s a little bit of what’s going on in our home this fall….
I love all the fall colors in contrast to my new blue door!
The hub of our home, the family room, looks festive in all the orange.
The mantle is always fun to decorate.
Our new master bedroom has a touch of green fall.
I so enjoyed decorating our new faux fireplace with a white pumpkin banner and some pretty green pumpkins from the dollar section at Target.
While redoing our master bedroom, we sold our very large fish tank that was in the front foyer on Craigslist and replaced it with this cute bench that is from the LOML’s childhood. I added some pillows covered with black and white buffalo check pillow covers. I added some pumpkins in baskets and a free printable in a frame and voila!
Are y’all ready for Fall/Halloween/Thanksgiving?
This is where our lives start picking up the pace a little bit. Ultimate frisbee tournaments, school projects, the holidays with family, and lots of hot chocolate and warm family nights inside our home. I get excited just typing it.
