I know the title of this post may make you giggle a little bit but my kids love Ramen Noodle soup. Now I know some people like just the soup and others like just the noodles but I have a recipe that uses both plus so much more deliciousness!!

Ingredients
- 4 packages Ramen Noodle Soup
- 9 cups water
- 2 slices ginger
- 2 stalks green onion
- 20 pieces shrimp shell and deveined
- 1 bunch broccoli florets cut into small florets
- 1/2 cup carrots shredded

Instructions
- Boil water with ginger slices.
- Add shrimp to boiling water. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add ramen noodles and broccoli and cook for 3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add Ramen noodle seasoning packets and shredded carrots.
- Serve in soup bowls and garnish with chopped green onions.
The things you can add or change to this recipe are endless. You can add any meat, any vegetable, any spices and shazam you have a pretty cheap and yummy meal.
