I hope everyone had a wonderful Easter.
Everyone was home from school and work and as usual mama’s heart was full!!
Our menu was yummy!!
We baked a Double Glazed Honey Cured Ham from Walmart.
We also had the LOML’s famous shrimp fried rice that Son #4 cooked and did a fantastic job! I shared the recipe here.
For the keto diet crowd, we made Cauliflower Fried Rice
and Loaded Cauliflower Casserole.
And for dessert for the non diet crowd, my Chocolate Trifle. OH YUM!! (And no I didn’t have any :()
Here’s our dining room table before the party started!
Notice the cheesy Easter eggs in the glass vases?
Another fun family game was had by all (with some moans but lots of laughs!)
I found a free printable as great conversation starters. I also found some from Skip To My Lou.
We had a wonderful Easter with family and friends.
But the most meaningful aspect of Easter that we celebrate is what our Savior Jesus Christ did for us three days before on Good Friday so that we could celebrate his rising into heaven three days later. Thank you Jesus!!
I hope y’all have a relationship with Jesus Christ and I pray that you understand and are thankful for what he has done for all of us!
Happy Easter!
Love y’all,
Linda
