MERRY BELATED CHRISTMAS and HAPPY NEW YEAR!!
This season is my absolute favorite time of year. Spending time with my family is the perfect day for me! Most of our family came over for Christmas Eve dinner so we made a special dinner of salmon, cheesy rice, and bacon broccoli and cauliflower.
Some of the kids don’t eat sugar so we tried to find a marinade for the salmon that would be a little healthier. We found one at andianne.com. She shares six different marinades and I want to try ALL of them!
We chose to try the Orange Ginger Salmon marinade.

- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup orange juice freshly squeezed
- 2 Tbsp orange zest
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 3 tsp ginger ground
- salt and pepper to taste
Ingredients

- Combine all ingredients and pour over meat. Marinate for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator.
