Do you like saving money? I sure do.
Having a large family, having had children in college for the last eleven years, sometimes two at the same time, we have read more articles about saving money than we can count!
We’ve applied for credit cards with no interest, cut coupons, used Ibotta, Walmart Savings Catcher, checked clearance racks, used credit cards with money back and the list goes on and on.
One of my favorite money savings ideas is the Rakuten Program (previously knows as Ebates).
Some of the great bonuses:
- It costs nothing to join.
- You can earn $10 when you spend $25.
- You can earn $25 if friends join with your referral.
- You can shop at over 2500 online stores.
- You can earn money back on travel and vacations.
- Every three months, you can receive a Big Fat Check in the mail or a Paypal payment just for shopping.
You just go to the Rakuten website, type in the store you want to shop at and it will tell you how much your savings will be. Savings also change depending on the season. For example, I shop on Amazon ALL. THE. TIME. Most days I can get 5% back on anything I order. Closer to Christmas it slowly goes up to 10% back. It’s fun to time your shopping to make the most money.
From their website:
How does Rakuten work?
You might be wondering how Rakuten makes money. Stores pay Rakuten a commission for sending you their way, and instead of keeping it, we share it with you in the form of Cash Back. Find the store on Rakuten.com, click “Shop Now” and shop like you normally would on the store website. Once you click through from Rakuten, you’ll have activated Cash Back and every eligible purchase you make is more money in your wallet. We’ll send you a Big Fat Check or a PayPal payment once a quarter. That’s it!
It’s easy. It’s fun. It’s basically FREE money!!
If this is something you’re interested in, and who would not be interested in free money, click on any of the Rakuten links in this post and START SHOPPING!! I will receive compensation for you joining and buying something through the links. Thank you in advance and good luck!
Hope your long weekend went well.
We’re getting ready to move our third adult child out to his own house shared with three of his friends. It doesn’t get any easier, let me tell you. I may be crying just a little bit this week. Please pray for me that I can just hold it together!!
There are two gifts
we should give our children;
one is roots;
the other is wings.
Love y’all,
Linda
