At Home is Where My Heart is, we love to share our crazy world with six kids as we do home projects, arts and crafts, recipes and family vacations and all the fun and chaos that comes with it. We’re updating our eighteen year old home in between bringing our kids to school, violin practice, ultimate frisbee tournaments, recitals, and more. Linda is a stay-at-home mother by day and a designer/creator/painter/stainer by night and weekends while Tim is an engineer by day and a wood craftsman by night and weekends.
We’ve done large home projects (building wall-to-wall bookcases, laying wood floors, building a built-in reading nook), small home projects (painting walls, adding board & batten), and kids’ arts and crafts projects for baby showers and holidays. We share many recipes for large families, keto and gluten-free recipes, and lots of yummy desserts! Our family loves to travel ~ Maui, Chicago, Savannah, Charleston, and the NC beaches. We also share important family milestones ~ high school and college graduations and a 30th wedding anniversary vow renewal at the beach.
